TEAM PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS
Established paranormal teams may investigate the 48,000 square foot main building and the estate grounds. Investigation begins promptly at 8:00 PM with a tour highlighting the paranormal hot spots. Then, team is free to investigate these locations until 4:00 AM.

A $900 fee allows exclusive access to Historic Jordan Springs for up to six members. For each additional team member there is a $50 additional fee. A $450 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the investigation date.

INDIVIDUAL PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS
Paranormal enthusiasts may participate in open investigations, scheduled periodically throughout the year.

Guests are placed in four to six person teams to investigate the main building and the estate grounds. The four-hour investigation is limited to a maximum of 20 people. A $100 per person non-refundable fee is due at the time of reservation.

PRIVATE PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS
Up to four guests may join the Director of Paranormal Activity and veteran paranormal investigator, John Rossi, for a private tour and mini investigation of Haunted Jordan Springs.

John Rossi will present evidence collected over his past five years of investigations. He will demonstrate the equipment, technology and fundamental principles of paranormal investigating.

Approximate length of event is two and a half hours. A $350 non-refundable fee is due at the time of reservation.
